Kickboxing

This is the best workout you will ever receive! Our Kickboxing program is NOT your ordinary Cardio Kickboxing. In our kickboxing program you will burn up to 800 calories per hour punching and kicking bags in a high energy class. If you are interested in a fun, safe, friendly environment that is guaranteed to change your body, whether you want to lose weight, inches, tone, or lift. Your energy level and flexibility will increase, and your level of stress will be reduced (lots of bag hitting)... and by the way… your ability to defend yourself and your family will increase.

Our goal in this program is to take you on a 45 minute journey 2-4 times per week. You will feel and see progress immediately. The only thing standing in the way of a more fit you is you.
