About Kaizen Martial Arts

KZMA is committed to making our students better at life. Kaizen is a Japanese word meaning “constant and never ending improvement.” We adopted this name since it embodies exactly what parents want for their children, and what adults should strive to achieve: the ability to have the confidence to stand up for oneself, to live life knowing you can accomplish your goals, to have the discipline and focus to get things done, to develop life-long health and fitness habits to remain physically strong and to be able to defend oneself, and to have fun.

The Kaizen Martial Arts staff has over 75 years of collective experience and has been teaching martial arts in the Mount Laurel area since the 1980s. The school, located in Larchmont Commons, opened in 2005.
